Your Role
- Lead a dynamic team of 8–10 Field Account Executives and Managers to propel ClassPass partner growth throughout the Central U.S.
- Drive partner acquisition, optimization, upselling, and retention by equipping your team with strategic insights, tailored coaching, and effective sales tools.
- Be present for your team and partners—travel approximately 25% of the time within your region to facilitate key discussions, secure impactful deals, and foster genuine relationships.
- Serve as the regional expert in fitness and wellness, cultivating a network that unleashes market potential and partner success.
- Engage actively in sales discussions, attending partner meetings to steer negotiations and demonstrate effective engagement techniques.
- Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft data to reveal insights, identify opportunities, and ensure your team’s sales pipeline is robust and productive.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and enhance sales strategies that align with both partner and regional objectives.
- Monitor ROI and budget to make informed decisions that enhance supply and improve the ClassPass experience.
