Regional Sales Manager for France

Team Overview
France is a pivotal growth market for SumUp, and our field sales team plays a crucial role in driving this success. We are expanding our regional leadership to fuel our next phase of growth, and this position is integral to that vision. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will guide a team of Territory Managers throughout France, influencing our recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing field sales organization dedicated to supporting small businesses.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 Territory Managers, assisting them in recruiting and empowering field sales consultants in their respective territories.
- Take ownership of regional revenue targets, ensuring your team consistently achieves and surpasses monthly acquisition goals (over €50k in new monthly net revenue).
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and active field involvement.
- Create and implement regional sales toolkits, pitchbooks, and resources that Territory Managers can utilize immediately.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales for France and cross-functional teams to refine field sales processes, pricing strategies, and overall strategy for the French market.
