About the Role:
As the Regional HR Business Partner for the Northeastern Corridor, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional HR services across our expansive network of campuses. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Under the mentorship of an HR Business Partner and as part of a team led by the Manager of Business Partnerships, you will develop your skills in providing HR support that enhances organizational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with campus leadership, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of HR best practices.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce data and trends, managing employee relations, supporting talent and performance initiatives, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position provides a clear pathway toward becoming a strategic HR advisor, capable of independently enhancing performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
As our Northeast region continues to grow, with seven campuses and more on the horizon, this role is crucial in ensuring our People strategies scale alongside this expansion. You will help foster relationships, implement HR practices, and derive data-driven insights that empower us to effectively support and develop talent across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
- Integrate yourself within your assigned region, understanding the priorities, challenges, and People needs of each campus to create a tailored People roadmap that supports business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the region's senior leadership, including Campus Leadership and Regional Directors, while collaborating with AoPS HR leadership to enhance our People processes and programs.
Talent Management, Workforce Planning & Performance
- Facilitate the implementation of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to address strategic hiring needs, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of current and future business requirements.
- Support performance management processes by preparing materials, tracking progress, and coaching managers on delivering effective feedback and development discussions.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs.
