The Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of a housing community portfolio. In this position, you will manage all operational aspects, including personnel management, leasing, maintenance, financial oversight, administration, and risk management. As an offsite leader, you will ensure compliance with Asset Living's policies and procedures, as well as safety and fair housing regulations.
Personnel Management
- Implement consistent techniques and company directives to recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
- Enhance staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, and compliance with Asset Living's standards.
- Address performance issues effectively and consistently, documenting and resolving conflicts as needed.
