About The Role
The Pacaso Sales Team delivers a premier business-to-consumer sales experience by introducing our co-ownership model and engaging new prospective buyers.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in working with prospective buyers and sales opportunities to drive revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners. You will leverage market insights and inventory knowledge to create lasting first impressions, providing a friendly and exceptional experience through a consultative sales approach while highlighting the value of the Pacaso model.
The Regional Manager plays a vital role in supporting the complete sales cycle, from touring to closing and onboarding new owners. This position demands a strong mindset, a high-level work ethic, sophisticated communication skills, and a result-oriented approach.
