About the Role
As the Regional People Partner (HR), you will serve as the vital link between the People & Culture team and our branch operations in Banjarmasin/Banjarbaru and the surrounding Kalimantan regions. This pivotal role emphasizes the smooth execution of HR processes, the enhancement of employee relations, and the support of People programs at the regional level.
Your responsibilities will include managing employee administration, providing guidance on HR policies and labor regulations, and collaborating closely with branch leaders to cultivate strong, motivated, and high-performing teams. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on field interactions, possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employee-related administration at the branch adheres to applicable regulations to minimize discrepancies.
- Communicate and implement all People and Culture programs within the branches you oversee to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and impartial investigations.
- Collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and employee retention.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Regional HR or in a comparable role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full cycle of mass recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Banjarmasin/Banjarbaru and other areas in Kalimantan.
- Home based in Banjarmasin/Banjarbaru.
