Our Regional Sales Directors play a pivotal role in our success, actively pursuing and securing new business with a primary focus on Fortune 250 companies using a targeted accounts strategy. They are adept at navigating extensive enterprise deals ranging from $500,000 to over $1 million, leveraging both direct sales and strategic partnerships within our expansive ecosystem.
We are in search of dynamic professionals who thrive on surpassing their targets year after year. By joining our Sales team, you will collaborate with elite professionals dedicated to advancing Zero Trust Segmentation. Together, we are building a world-class global team united in our mission to tackle ransomware and breaches head-on.
Your Impact:
Act as the frontline leader within the Illumio field organization, identifying and generating new sales opportunities within targeted accounts while leading a virtual team of Illumio professionals and external partners to secure those opportunities.
Develop and implement a strategic territory plan for your target accounts, focusing on 'landing and expanding' while actively engaging potential champions and sponsors to uncover and create opportunities.
Successfully drive a regional sales strategy that fosters collaboration between Account Development Representatives (ADRs), partner account managers, customer success advisors, and additional field resources.
Provide accurate forecasts for the business objectives of both your clients and Illumio.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other essential partners.
Your Toolkit:
A minimum of 8 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a strong emphasis on security and/or networking software, including at least 5 years of co-selling experience within a robust partner ecosystem.
Ability to engage in compelling and tailored 'teaching conversations' that resonate with potential clients.
