Position Overview
Dremio is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Director, Commercial (Americas) to spearhead, nurture, and expand a team of Commercial Account Executives dedicated to promoting the Next Gen Dremio Cloud (SaaS).
This role emphasizes hands-on leadership with a focus on executing sales strategies. You will take charge of generating a consistent pipeline, maintaining disciplined outbound sales efforts, and achieving predictable revenue growth across the Americas.
The Regional Sales Director will operate as a player-coach, deeply engaged in deal strategy, pipeline management, coaching, and talent development, while collaborating closely with Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Revenue Operations.

- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Commercial Account Executives focused on the Next Gen Dremio Cloud (SaaS).
- Foster and reinforce a pipeline-first culture with a strong emphasis on outbound activities.
- Drive the effective execution of commercial sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, and deal progression.
- Oversee regional performance metrics, including pipeline creation, bookings, and forecast accuracy.
- Engage actively in deal reviews, account strategy discussions, and pivotal customer interactions.
- Effectively recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent.
- Establish a robust operational rhythm that includes pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance coaching.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Revenue Operations to amplify impact.
- Ensure precise CRM usage and reporting.
