About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Director focused on increasing sales volume within a defined territory, you will be in charge of nurturing existing accounts while also prospecting and qualifying new potential clients. This B2B role requires direct engagement with owners, financial directors, and sales teams from recreational vehicle businesses (motorized sports, marine), trailers, and retail outlets eager to leverage our consumer financing platform and programs. You will report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with the entire Financeit team.
To excel in this role, you must embrace challenges and be driven by surpassing targets. You are an experienced hunter, comfortable with cold outreach, and understand that closing a deal is just the beginning of the journey. You possess the ability to stay organized amidst an 'impossible-to-stay-organized' pace, paying close attention to minute details while never losing sight of the bigger picture and prioritizing customer success above all.
The Regional Sales Director will dedicate at least 50% of their efforts to fieldwork, actively seeking new clients and interacting with signed merchants within their defined territory.
