About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Director, your primary focus will be on increasing sales volume within a defined territory. You will be responsible for engaging with existing accounts, prospecting, and qualifying new potential clients.
This B2B role involves direct interaction with owners, CFOs, and sales teams from recreational vehicle (motorized sports, marine), trailer, and retail businesses that are interested in utilizing our consumer financing platform and programs. This position will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with the entire Financeit team.
To excel in this role, you should embrace challenges and be a motivated performer driven by exceeding targets. You are a seasoned hunter, comfortable with cold outreach, and understand that once a deal is closed, the real work begins. You possess the ability to stay organized while maintaining an 'impossible-to-organize' pace, pay attention to small details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and prioritize customer success above all else.
The Regional Sales Director will dedicate at least 50% of their efforts to fieldwork, seeking new clients and engaging with signed merchants within their designated territory.
