The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in understanding and navigating the local golf economy, showcasing extensive knowledge of golf courses, industry influencers, competitors, and evolving market trends. By utilizing this expertise, they will collaborate with regional sales teams to enhance key performance indicators, including revenue growth, market penetration, tee time utilization, and golfer engagement levels.
This position entails promoting the comprehensive range of GolfNow's offerings, encompassing tee time distribution, golf course technology solutions, and marketing support. The Regional Sales Manager will engage closely with both existing clients and potential partners to cultivate strong relationships, uncover growth avenues, and implement strategic sales initiatives that contribute to both client success and GolfNow’s market standing. This role reports directly to the Regional Director of Sales for the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, consult, and secure new golf course and resort partnerships for GolfNow’s complete suite of products.
- Oversee all phases of the sales pipeline, working in tandem with current account managers to ensure opportunities are effectively tracked and advanced.
- Enhance and deepen existing client relationships by proposing additional products and services that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with course operators to formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at optimizing operations and maximizing tee time usage.
- Encourage the adoption, engagement, and effective utilization of GolfNow’s core technology and service offerings.
- Lead the execution of essential regional and strategic sales initiatives alongside the sales team.
