Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand Sidecar Health's broker growth strategy in your region, empowering brokers and General Agents (GAs) with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
- Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with brokers, GAs, and distribution partners, establishing yourself as a market expert.
- Identify and nurture high-potential distribution partners for long-term growth.
- Act as the local representative for Sidecar Health, showcasing our brand at broker events, industry conferences, and community gatherings.
- Explore, test, and optimize innovative go-to-market and growth strategies, providing insights to influence national sales tactics.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while ensuring an outstanding partner experience.
- Deliver competitive intelligence and market insights to guide product and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or related industries such as pharmacy benefit management (PBM), ancillary benefits, stop-loss insurance, professional employer organizations (PEO), payroll, dental, vision, or B2B software.
- Previous experience engaging with brokers or agencies is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and cultivate new business opportunities, including self-sourced leads, without depending on existing broker networks.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing capabilities in a consultative, trust-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and revenue goals.
- Skilled in utilizing market data and competitive insights to prioritize initiatives and enhance performance.
- Comfortable with targeted outreach, networking, and maintaining an active in-market presence.
