Our innovative networking solutions cater to clients across the most complex sectors of Industry 4.0, Smart City projects, and Green Energy initiatives.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, train, and inspire your own sales team to effectively represent Teltonika Networks.
- Implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets and broadening our customer base.
- Directly manage team performance and foster their professional growth.
- Engage actively in the recruitment process for new team members.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to ensure all team members meet their sales objectives.
- Act in a player-coach capacity during all sales processes until your team is fully equipped to operate independently.
- Maintain internal systems, ensuring accurate data entry by all sales specialists.
- Contribute to market research to identify potential market opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee order tracking and correction processes.
- Coordinate technical inquiries and manage logistics efficiently.
