The Role
The Regional Sales Manager serves as a key architect of revenue growth within OPSWAT. Your mission involves mastering OPSWAT's innovative technology and crafting strategic account plans aimed at deploying our advanced cybersecurity platforms and solutions. You'll cultivate meaningful relationships within target accounts, maximize company resources, and adeptly negotiate and close new business deals. We seek candidates with a proven track record in corporate sales and a history of surpassing multi-million-dollar sales quotas. Preference will be given to those with experience in critical infrastructure and data diode sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities across key verticals.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote OPSWAT products, solutions, and services, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- Articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs.
- Employ client-centric, solutions-oriented selling techniques to identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales.
- Clearly communicate financial ROI/TCO benefits and maintain value throughout negotiations.
- Document detailed account and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM, including account win strategies and customer interactions.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and reports to management.
- Consistently exceed annual sales quotas, with performance measured quarterly.
