Job Summary:
The Regional Vice President will spearhead the growth of our RIA referral platform. The ideal candidate will cultivate and nurture relationships with channel partners, focusing on generating sales momentum for our financial planning teams. In collaboration with Managing Directors, the Regional Vice President will operate in a client-centric, team-oriented environment to address the needs of high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Financial Consultants and Branch Managers to establish robust partnerships.
- Act as an ambassador for Mercer Advisors, fostering positive relationships with channel partners.
- Expand and nurture an assigned region through regular visits to branch offices and consistent communication aimed at generating substantial referrals.
- Proactively drive business development efforts in a strategic manner.
