Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, you will shape the strategic direction of the organization while ensuring operational excellence at a regional level. You will be accountable for the business performance within your assigned area, overseeing up to 10 residential and mixed-use communities. Your expertise will guide the public perception of Bozzuto, and you will champion best practices and operational consistency across the enterprise.
- Take full ownership of business performance in the designated region.
- Collaborate with regional and property management teams to assess and enhance property performance.
- Understand management agreements and ownership structures, including financing and income regulations.
- Oversee teams and programs that optimize the operation of physical assets.
- Manage the annual budgeting process effectively.
- Ensure timely and precise preparation of quarterly financial reviews and monthly reports for ownership groups.
- Proactively cultivate effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Ensure operational execution consistently yields high resident satisfaction.
- Guarantee that each asset within your portfolio delivers value to clients.
