Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase franchise brand offerings through engaging marketing materials and comprehensive store tours.
- Facilitate franchise leads to corporate for insightful discovery day tours.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees within the assigned region.
- Lead efforts in franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership development.
- Collaborate with business brokers and consultants to drive franchise sales.
- Represent the company at various trade shows across the United States alongside the team.
- Conduct virtual meetings with prospective franchisees as needed.
This role will report directly to the Chief Development Officer. The ideal candidate should reside within the region or within a convenient driving distance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business ownership or outside transactional sales is required. While franchise sales experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a personal vehicle, and be comfortable with frequent travel to meet prospects across the region.
