YOUR MISSION:
As the Regional Vice President of Sales for Eastern Europe & Alps, you will play a crucial role in the CEE Commercial Leadership team, leading the charge in driving business success for a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in this dynamic region. Your leadership will be pivotal in accelerating revenue growth through both acquiring new logos as well as expanding our existing customer base.
This pivotal role reports directly to our AVP for Central & Eastern Europe.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives: Cultivate a high-performance culture built on trust and continuous improvement to consistently surpass revenue targets. Empower your team to adopt a vision-driven approach, utilize methodology-based selling techniques, and align with our customers’ objectives and desired outcomes.
- Own GTM: Take comprehensive ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution for our Eastern Europe region, encompassing market entry strategies, segmentation, positioning, and initial customer acquisition. Establish Parloa’s foothold in the marketplace and build a scalable foundation for sustainable growth.
- Enable multi-stakeholder selling: Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles involving executives, IT/security, and procurement, while collaborating effectively with our partners.
- Pipeline management: Ensure precise forecasting and maintain clear visibility on risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Talent development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent, nurturing professional growth and skill enhancement within your team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure seamless alignment across the entire revenue funnel.
