Join Us as Our Regional Vice President of Sales - West
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales to spearhead revenue growth and market expansion in the West region. This senior leadership position is ideal for an accomplished sales executive who excels in competitive settings, leads with confidence, and successfully navigates complex, high-value enterprise transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the P&L of the West Region, crafting strategic sales initiatives, and establishing a commanding market presence with leading agencies, brands, and trading desks. We are looking for a strong operator who can personally drive business closures while scaling a high-performing team that consistently surpasses market expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive and expand revenue across the West Coast by managing new and existing accounts, consistently exceeding both regional and global sales targets.
- Develop and implement the West region sales strategy to convert market potential into predictable revenue streams.
- Lead the charge in securing high-impact, complex deals with top-tier decision-makers within agencies and brands.
- Create, mentor, and grow a high-performance sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence.
- Enhance LoopMe’s presence among holding companies, premier independents, and direct brand relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional results and long-lasting client value.
- Act as the senior commercial representative for LoopMe within the California and Pacific Northwest markets.
