Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute individualized ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining professionalism and supportiveness with clients, families, and team members.
- Monitor client progress towards treatment objectives, prepare session materials, and communicate any updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team.
- Work closely with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment implementation and participate in ongoing training to remain updated on best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical activity including frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
- Ability to lift and carry clients and respond quickly to ensure their safety.
