For dedicated RBTs aiming for career progression, we offer pathways to:
· Elevate your career to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other corporate or clinic positions
· Apply for our full scholarship at Temple University for a Master’s in ABA
· Enroll in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment
Your Responsibilities
· Provide support to individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, and our centers
· Teach essential daily living and social skills using effective behavioral and evidence-based interventions
· Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data throughout your sessions
· Collaborate and engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training
· Implement training and therapy plans as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Maintain proactive communication and collaboration with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members to meet clients' needs
· Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support operations
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 years or older if located in New Jersey)
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for providing in-home services
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings
- BT: Willingness to complete our 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
- RBT: Commitment to attend the required paid training program
