Your daily responsibilities will involve applying evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing disruptive behaviors. Whether you have prior experience or not, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and equipped to make a difference. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be assisting with various activities that involve standing, walking, sitting, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
