Join Access Services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Clinician and contribute to the delivery of essential behavioral support services while gaining valuable fieldwork experience towards clinical requirements across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
This dynamic dual-role of RBT Clinician requires you to provide clinical oversight, create personalized treatment plans, and perform behavioral assessments primarily for adults, in addition to implementing targeted interventions for children and adolescents under Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). You will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and skill enhancement, making a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities of the RBT Clinician:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs, considering antecedents, potential behavior functions, and environmental factors to formulate effective behavioral support strategies.
- Ensure continuous evaluation of behavior functions and the application of behavior support principles during client interactions.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and service teams to establish comprehensive behavior support plans that prioritize positive practices and the least restrictive interventions.
- Set individualized treatment objectives and interventions to address specific behaviors effectively.
- Analyze and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Develop crisis intervention strategies as required.
- Engage in team meetings to enhance collaborative efforts.
- Highlight the importance of treatment integrity by conducting regular fidelity checks and providing feedback to caregiver teams regarding the implementation effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive functional behavioral assessments to address presenting issues.
- Design restrictive plans that comply with ODP waiver and regulatory standards, adhering to the philosophy of least restrictive interventions.
