***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.***
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver medical services as a Registered Nurse to maintain the health of employees and client personnel.
Conduct systematic assessments of urgent or emergent health needs, analyze data, and collaborate with the medical team to create realistic care plans.
Recognize and treat illnesses and injuries following established protocols within the scope of licensure and state regulations.
Ensure compliance with all privacy laws and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Address inquiries of varying complexity by applying established policies and practices to safeguard information (HIPAA, PHI, PII).
Utilize research and cognitive reasoning skills to verify and document information, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Effectively manage multiple assignments while maintaining a sense of urgency and quality in work output.
Uphold professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality in all company communications and documentation.
Maintain patient records according to standard protocols and legal requirements.
