Your Responsibilities:
• Cath Lab RN: Provide comprehensive care and coordination for patients in the Cath Lab, ensuring safety and adherence to the scope of practice defined by the AZ State Board of Nursing and facility policy. Responsibilities include monitoring, recording, scrubbing, and circulating during cardiac catheterizations and interventional studies. You will also mentor newly hired staff with five 8-hour shifts plus on-call duties, with cross-training across all areas of the Cath Lab.
• PACU RN: Deliver immediate post-operative recovery care for patients in the PACU using the nursing process, which involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• OR RN: Provide perioperative care for surgical patients in the OR through the nursing process.
• ICU RN: Deliver direct patient care in the ICU or telemetry settings in line with established standards and guidelines.
• Emergency RN: Responsible for patient care delivery in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage.
• Acute Care RN: Provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, guiding patient education and ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
