- Full scope of practice as per CNO.
- Competently assess patients, intervene appropriately, and evaluate outcomes.
- Provide care for a diverse range of needs including IV initiation and maintenance, medication administration, blood product administration, and wound management.
- Care for pre-operative and post-operative patients effectively.
- Interpret laboratory values and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Prioritize and organize care delivery in a rapidly changing environment.
