Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN), where you will uphold our strict quality standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about patient care and is committed to providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients. Strong communication skills are essential for thriving in our collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding work environment. This full-time position is based in one of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate clinical competency as an RN, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate patient care.
- Accurately document clinical and surgical notes.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Follow policies and procedures consistently to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance physician patient retention by delivering top-quality patient care and experience.
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
