Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient care and committed to ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Strong communication skills are crucial in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in one of our specialized clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Exhibit clinical proficiency as an RN, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing instruments.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Accurately document clinical and surgical notes.
- Provide exceptional patient care and service at all times.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering top-quality care and a positive experience.
- Assist with various projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
