We have immediate openings for RNs and LPNs in our Transition Team, dedicated to providing exceptional care for infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Lehigh and Northampton County area.
As a high-tech pediatric nurse, you will face challenges that are both rewarding and fulfilling, allowing you to create a significant impact on the lives of your patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment as an integral part of our HICU® team.
- Deliver high-quality, skilled care to pediatric patients within their homes.
- Support families during the critical initial phases of home care.
- Provide hands-on training to caregivers and ongoing care teams.

Compensation & Schedule:
