Key Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Reporting Officer is responsible for the timely production of regulatory reports, including COREP templates (covering Leverage ratio, Own funds, Credit and Market risks, PVA), RUBA templates at the individual accounting level, Anacredit, and Anatitres granular reportings, as well as financial communication materials and various ad hoc reporting requirements (such as Loantape, AQR, and Deep dive) to ensure adherence to regulatory mandates.
During production periods, the officer will conduct first-level controls by performing checks on data and reports to guarantee their accuracy and completeness, thereby reducing the risk of errors in regulatory reporting.
Additionally, the officer will complete the control framework during quarter-end and monthly closings by verifying the accuracy and completeness of data and reports to ensure all regulatory reporting standards are met.
Case-by-case analyses will be conducted as required by both internal and external stakeholders, such as the Risk Department, Joint Supervisory Team, and Groupe BPCE. This involves reviewing data and reports, analyzing discrepancies, and addressing concerns to ensure compliance.
The Regulatory Reporting Officer will also enhance and administer business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau Software, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support regulatory reporting activities, thereby improving reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Furthermore, the officer will draft and update procedures and operating methods by identifying improvement areas and developing new protocols to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Support for junior officers will include sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and offering constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
