Relativity Archiving Analyst

CGS Federal is on the lookout for a dedicated Relativity Archiving Analyst. This role involves meticulously vetting Relativity workspaces and file share folders for archiving or purging, with older file shares transitioned to designated archive locations. Relativity workspaces will be archived using both Relativity ARM and a flat format, enabling complete restoration in Relativity or alternative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data/file disposition.
- Archive older file shares.
- Archive complete Relativity workspaces utilizing ARM.
- Manage the archiving of images, natives, and text files.
- Archive metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags in flat format.
- Document user interfaces and the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager.
- Evaluate and resolve archiving issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior versions.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in archiving Relativity workspaces.
- Minimum 3 years of experience restoring Relativity archived workspaces.
- Strong knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative setting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
