Relativity Archiving Analyst

CGS is on the lookout for a skilled Relativity Archiving Analyst to oversee the evaluation and management of Relativity workspaces and file share folders. The successful candidate will be responsible for archiving and purging data, ensuring file shares are relocated to designated archive locations. Archiving will be executed using both Relativity ARM and a flat format, allowing for complete restoration in Relativity or alternative systems.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs regarding data/file disposition
- Archive legacy file shares
- Execute full archiving of Relativity workspaces utilizing ARM
- Archive images, native files, and text data
- Archive metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags in flat format
- Document user interface processes
- Create documentation of the archiving process for approval from the Senior IT Manager
- Assess and troubleshoot any archiving-related issues
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with backend Relativity 2022 and earlier versions
- At least 3 years of experience in archiving Relativity workspaces
- Minimum 3 years of experience restoring archived Relativity workspaces
- Familiarity with Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a collaborative environment is essential
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
