CGS Federal is actively seeking a dedicated Relativity Archiving Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing Relativity workspaces and file share folders by archiving or purging them as necessary. You will be responsible for migrating file shares to designated archive locations, as well as archiving Relativity workspaces utilizing both Relativity ARM and a flat format, ensuring that data can be restored in Relativity or alternative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data/file disposition decisions.
- Archive older file shares to improve data management.
- Utilize Relativity ARM for comprehensive archiving of workspaces.
- Manage the archiving process for images, natives, and text.
- Archive metadata, coding fields, and tagging in a flat format.
- Document user interfaces and the archiving process for senior management approval.
- Proactively evaluate and resolve archiving challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity (2022 and prior).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in archiving Relativity workspaces.
- Minimum of 3 years in restoring archived Relativity workspaces.
- Familiarity with Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
