Qualifications
What makes you a standout candidate:• Master's degree in mechanical, materials, or electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field.• Demonstrated interest and experience across various technical domains (e.g., electronics, failure analysis techniques, material sciences, etc.).• Exceptional analytical abilities, complemented by a structured and meticulous work ethic.• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings as well as work independently.• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken (knowledge of German is a plus).• Hands-on experience with industry-standard methodologies such as DRBFM, FMEA, and 8D.

Your role in shaping the future:
• Analyze product loads by defining based on use cases, life cycles, and system requirements.
• Evaluate calculations and simulations to ascertain loads and their impacts on design elements, focusing on critical damage mechanisms.
• Conduct measurements to assess the load capabilities of design components.
• Enhance product design by providing reliability-based insights and recommendations aimed at improving robustness.
• Engage in discussions regarding product reliability and validation with both internal teams and external clients.
• Develop validation tests to address field loads in line with standards, customer requirements, and aging regulations.
• Formulate and assess methods for physical failure analysis.
• Assist in root cause analysis, risk management, and the implementation of corrective measures in the event of failures.
• Generate detailed reports (in English) and present findings to project teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee reliability-related activities, including simulations, testing, and analytical evaluations.
