Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage contractors and consultants while ensuring seamless coordination.
- Engage extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers, and Committee Members.
- Implement proactive preventative maintenance programs.
- Handle reactive repairs, including logging, responding, and acting on issues.
- Schedule and manage statutory certification and inspections of common property.
- Compile detailed progress reports and maintain comprehensive records and databases.
- Act on behalf of the Client concerning WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor induction and reviewing Safe Work Method Statements to ensure a safe work and living environment.
