Job Overview
We are actively seeking Relief Chefs for various engagements across Scotland. The positions typically involve:
· Depending on your experience, assignments may range from covering a kitchen section to overseeing the entire kitchen operations.
· Working in various environments, from small teams to larger brigades of over 25 chefs.
· Opportunities to cook in kitchens that create AA Rosette/Michelin standard cuisine as well as more straightforward menus.
· Responsibilities may include managing sections during service, assisting with a la carte, TDH, conference, and banqueting menu preparations, along with other kitchen tasks.
· Adhering to all health and hygiene regulations, alongside individual company policies, is an essential part of the role.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who may be experienced relief chefs seeking new opportunities, those available temporarily while searching for full-time roles, or even chefs on rotation from oil rigs looking for work during their downtime. There are numerous reasons why chefs choose to work in temporary roles.
