Join Our Team as a Remote Call Center Scheduling Coordinator
Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM CST on weekdays, 8 AM - 4 PM CST every other Saturday.
This role requires flexibility in scheduling and potential weekend availability. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00/hour with generous performance incentives available on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

The Call Center Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience and maintaining Stronghouse's commitment to service excellence. This position involves engaging with customers to provide information, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and resolve issues. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and proactive service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team while maintaining a professional demeanor with potential customers in a call center setting.
- Follow up on leads to support and nurture them through the sales process.
- Act as a positive and energetic first point of contact for the Stronghouse brand, engaging customers, capturing essential details, and setting up the field team for success.
- Convert inbound and outbound calls from online lead forms into scheduled appointments for the appropriate market segment.
- Coordinate with local brands/divisions to ensure in-person sales appointments are scheduled with the correct sales representatives.
- Collect additional customer information after appointments are made to assist in accurate lead qualifications and prepare the sales team for in-home consultations.
