Position: Call Centre Agent (Night Shift)
Location: Remote - South Africa
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Night Shift (9 PM - 5 AM EST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients during the night hours.
- Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist with admissions and the pre-admission process.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM database.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with referral sources and family members regarding client needs.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and EMR systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Reliable and capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment.
