About the job
At Prosper Health, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults by providing specialized mental health services tailored to their unique needs.
Despite the significant rise in autism diagnoses over the past 25 years, autistic adults have often been neglected in traditional mental health care, leading to alarming outcomes such as increased rates of co-occurring mental health issues and reduced life expectancy. Prosper Health aims to change this narrative.
We offer comprehensive mental health services to autistic adults, with insurance coverage, ensuring that our clients receive the support they deserve. Our team of neurodivergent-affirming therapists has successfully assisted thousands in receiving their autism diagnoses, connecting them with a community that fosters a sense of belonging. Our outcomes consistently surpass those of conventional care, with marked improvements in mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
As a rapidly growing organization, we have increased our presence threefold year over year, now serving thousands of clients with a dedicated team of over 400 clinicians. Join our mission-driven team as we build innovative solutions for the autistic and neurodivergent community.
