Our executives travel frequently, and a vital part of your role will be to ensure no detail is overlooked during their journeys. While this is not a 24/7 on-call role, the ideal candidate will maintain a light yet consistent connection, proactively monitoring communications and addressing urgent matters as they arise across various time zones. You will be the reliable support that keeps operations seamless, ensuring our leadership remains well-supported.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing calendars and coordinating logistics for both personal and professional meetings.
- Taking charge of projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines and ensuring follow-through.
- Preparing concise summaries, briefings, and updates that are clear and actionable.
- Conducting comprehensive research on vendors, products, travel arrangements, and service providers.
- Creating and managing budgets, expense reports, and property-related spreadsheets.
- Overseeing household service providers such as housekeeping, landscaping, and internet services.
