Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media postings while engaging with players on official social channels for the game.
Create or assist in the development of visual content and copy for social media posts.
Address real-time game issues and communicate necessary updates on forums and social media when required.
Collaborate closely with fellow Game Masters, Customer Support, and Community Managers to gather community feedback and suggestions for game enhancements.
Monitor live service issues and player feedback, providing regular reports.
Engage with live-streaming channels and social media, building relationships with partner influencers.
Oversee Discord channels and support community moderators.
Act as an internal escalation point for agents.
Serve as the primary contact for clients.
