Role Overview
As a Growth Marketer, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of data-centric initiatives aimed at driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. This position merges experimentation, performance marketing, and lifecycle optimization. You will design and implement campaigns across various channels while continuously testing, learning, and scaling successful strategies.
You will serve as the driving force for growth, pinpointing high-impact opportunities across marketing, product, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimentation, and is driven by measurable business results.
Your Impact
Your contributions will significantly affect revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value. By discovering scalable channels and optimizing conversion funnels, you will lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and enhance Return on Investment (ROI). Your experiments will yield insights that influence positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, while your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that growth initiatives translate into seamless, high-converting user experiences.

- Formulate and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives encompassing Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue.
