Position Overview
We are seeking full-time Licensed Social Workers (LSW) to join our dynamic team and deliver outpatient services via our telehealth platform!

W2, Full-time employment
Free qualified supervision provided (subject to meeting qualifications)
Monday to Friday schedule; No weekend shifts! Available shift options include 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM ET

Additional compensation available for bilingual candidates (Spanish)!
We collaborate with both commercial health plans and are a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, serving patients of all ages.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work or related field and appropriate licensure
Candidates must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future. Currently, we cannot support employment authorization linked to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.
Home workspace must ensure privacy for patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, with additional languages considered a plus
Candidates must satisfy background and regulatory requirements
Skills:
Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
Experience in treatment planning
