Your responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of event execution, from logistics and vendor management to staffing coordination and on-site preparations. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will ensure event promotions align across email, social media, and other marketing channels to enhance event visibility and attendance.
As a vital member of our marketing department, you will contribute to various marketing initiatives, manage projects, and help drive the success of our overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Support the organization and management of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and disseminate engaging content for email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures and digital assets.
- Help manage the company's website content and blog.
