Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will provide essential therapy sessions to clients seeking licensed, consistent care. This role is designed for professionals who value a structured schedule without weekend or evening commitments. Your responsibilities will include conducting therapy sessions, identifying therapeutic patterns and goals, imparting skills, tracking client progress, and ensuring meticulous documentation to maintain compliant and organized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that outline clear objectives and actionable steps.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods suitable for client concerns.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and modify interventions as necessary.
- Maintain precise documentation and client records to comply with legal and clinical standards.
- Adhere to established clinical and telehealth compliance protocols, prioritizing client safety.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active Colorado license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (in good standing).
- A Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to balance caseloads and documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in working within a remote environment, adhering to standard operational workflows.
