With insights gained from nearly 1 million hours of professional support, we guide individuals towards self-help, community resources, and appropriate professional assistance tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
We are currently seeking Online Adult Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners to be part of our team. This position is entirely remote, offering flexible part-time contracts of 26, 28, 30, or 32 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.

We collaborate with over 100 Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), mental health trusts, businesses, and charities throughout the UK to ensure that all generations can easily and safely access the best emotional and mental health services whenever needed.
As an Online Adult Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, you will:
- Be an integral part of a team offering guidance, support, assessments, and advice to adult service users aged 18 and above.
- Foster a strong community environment for our users, engaging with them and maintaining a safe, confidential online space.
- Implement the Online Services’ Moderation Strategy across platforms, monitoring user-generated content and collaborating with relevant professionals to engage in forums and respond to user messages.
- Conduct risk and safeguarding assessments and escalate any concerns in line with our service policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and emotional well-being services to adults as part of an experienced national team.
- Guiding users through their Kooth Adult pathway to ensure a seamless experience.
- Referring users to psychoeducation, informal learning, and self-help resources available on our platform.
- Assisting service users in utilizing the available communication tools effectively.
