Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Programmatic Account Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships with our publishers at Nimbus, focusing on growth avenues, performance enhancements, operational tasks, and onboarding processes.
Your Impact
As the primary liaison for our publishers, you will ensure a consistent communication flow through calls, emails, and Slack. Your core objectives will include fostering robust relationships, driving revenue growth, advocating for publisher needs internally, analyzing data for performance insights, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional support.
You have a passion for building trust with clients, understanding their goals, and serving as a consultative partner. Your recommendations will adhere to industry best practices, showcasing the value of collaborating with Nimbus to promote account growth.
Internally, you'll act as the central hub, coordinating various elements to achieve success. With strong skills in ad operations, project management, creative problem-solving, and data analysis, your colleagues would describe you as detail-oriented with superb communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and expand a portfolio of publisher in-app accounts across gaming and non-gaming sectors by delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.
Manage relationships with existing publishers as the primary point of contact, ensuring Nimbus aligns with customer goals, surpasses expectations, and establishes a mutual growth strategy.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for onboarding new clients and implementing new products, managing all operational stages.
Analyze extensive data sets of publisher performance metrics to identify trends and execute backend yield optimizations.
Collaborate closely with programmatic sales, operations, demand, and solution engineering teams to achieve optimal publisher outcomes and resolve technical issues.
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing ongoing health reviews and optimization recommendations.
