About the Role
We are actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process—from sourcing and evaluating candidates to coordinating interviews and securing successful placements. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying exceptional talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring journey for both candidates and clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and produce precise job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate information.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for present and future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to management.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and interviewing candidates across various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and job market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with a knack for managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficient in ATS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting performance targets.
- Relevant HR or recruitment certification is a plus.
