We are in search of a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiter to become a pivotal member of our team. This role is both straightforward and hands-on, involving the review of resumes, engaging with potential candidates, and coordinating interviews. However, this position goes beyond basic administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in keeping candidates engaged, ensuring their attendance at interviews, and aiding in the recruitment of top talent. Compensation
- Base Pay: $6 USD per hour
- Performance Bonuses linked to hiring success and employee retention
Additional performance incentives include:
- Bonuses for candidates successfully hired
- Extra bonuses for candidates remaining active at 30, 60, and 90 days
- Incentives for maintaining high interview show rates and consistent activity
- On-Target Earnings: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month
Your Responsibilities
- Assess and filter incoming resumes based on job requirements
- Engage with candidates and conduct preliminary phone screenings
- Utilize provided scripts to ask qualifying questions
- Coordinate schedules for qualified candidates with the team
- Maintain organized and updated candidate information
- Ensure consistent communication with applicants
Additionally:
- Follow up with candidates to boost interview attendance
- Keep candidates excited and engaged about the role
- Assist the team in swiftly moving strong candidates through the hiring process
Requirements
- C2-level English proficiency
- Clear and confident communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Able to adhere to structured processes and scripts consistently
- Comfortable performing repetitive, task-oriented work
- Dependable and responsive, maintaining momentum throughout the day
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in recruiting, customer service, or phone-based roles
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or calendar management
