Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist!
This position offers the flexibility of being 100% remote. Candidates must possess a valid state license in California or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. The annual earnings can fluctuate based on the number of hours worked, with clinical rates ranging from $44 to $56 per hour, encompassing both direct client care and necessary documentation.
Commitment Incentive: Clinicians who agree to work during high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 PM and/or weekends) can qualify for a sign-on bonus of $150 per eligible hour of availability, distributed in two payments at the 3 and 6-month marks of employment. The total bonus varies based on your availability.
Schedule Flexibility:
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) can create their schedules to meet personal needs, ensuring availability after 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum commitment of 7 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric population.
• Assess and devise care plans utilizing Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical tools.
• Provide care focused on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation in line with quality standards.
• Actively participate in mandatory training, communications, and compliance activities.
• Offer coverage during PTO and sick leave to maintain care continuity.
